It’s A Meme Come True
Our Brooklyn Bowl show was even more epic than we had hoped it would be, and we’ve got a couple of sweet gifs to prove it:

New live videos from our show last week at Rockwood Music Hall — big thanks again to everyone who came out to support!
Somehow managed to drink wine, watch Marty cry (from onions), enjoy a pasta dinner by Dari, learn the subgenres of electronic dance music, and come up with a killer harmony part for the new song in under 3 hours. What can I say, my bandmates are pros. (Taken with instagram)

And no, don’t worry, we are not setting you all up for a massive April Fools Day prank.
(…or are we.)

Red Hook may be a little out of the way in Brooklyn, but when it comes to hosting Salon Nights, there’s no better location.
A few weeks ago, we corralled a group of amazing musicians and made as much noise as we wanted to until the wee hours. Along with the acoustic sets played throughout the night, there was a spontaneous Gillian Welch singalong/jam session that took place in the bathroom at one point. Yeah, it was THAT kind of awesome party.
Here’s an acoustic version of ‘Grey’ that we played that night — and you can check out the Salon Night vimeo page to see the other performances. The final two acts (Sydney Wayser and Chamber Band) will be uploaded next week!

SEE. YOU. THERE.
One year ago today, we released our debut EP, ‘Cold Glory’. Hard to believe that 365 days have already whizzed by, but its been a seriously great one, thanks to all of your overwhelming support. We’ve got some big plans in motion for 2012, so stay tuned, friends!

A short film about the oldest piano shop in Paris. C’est jolie.
A massive bear hug and thanks to every single one of you who came out to Pianos on Saturday night — the energy in that room was INCREDIBLE. We left our hearts on the stage, fo sho.
